QUALITY POLICY

In 1997 work was begun by the famous Artur Andersen Consultant Company on a project designed to improve and expand the existing Soykan Supermarket chain. All the market operations & logistics were coordinated and incorparated into a standardized program. All work procedures were identified and classified in a written manual. The first steps were thus taken towards the ISO 9000 quality control document.

On 09.08.1998 the Soykan Supermarket chain took its place as an official Turkish Quality Association (Kal-Der) member. Work is continuing on maintaining and improving quality in all areas.
