The SOYKAN Supermarket chain was initially established in Ankara, 1933, by İbrahim Soykan. The chain began as an outlet for selling basic foodshifts and also specialized in the production of feta cheese. During the following years, the chain underwent professionalisation and expansion, concentrating on perishable goods( olives, cheese, buuter, etc). In this way a single shop has become the network of chain stores that exists today.

The SOYKAN Supermarket chain is proud to announce the new advent of the "SOYKAN" trademark on various goods. These are both high quality and reasonably priced goods. There is, at present, a working personnel of 450 persons in 33 shops in Ankara. Plans for the future involve opening new shops in other cities in Turkey.
